Magenta as transparent color for loading 16bit/16bit-fake bitmaps.

Hi Everyone,
Right now I've moddified my copy of Palib to include support for magenta as a transparent color in BMPs. I did so by modifying PA_LoadBmpToBuffer to ignore the Magenta color, then wrapped it in a new function called PA_LoadBmpToBufferWithTransparency. I also updated the header files as well as created new functions, like PA_LoadBmpWithTransparency to take advantage of this feature, leaving the original functions stock.
Everything seems to work great so I was wondering if this could be included in future builds of Palib? It would only require very minor changes and I think it's quite a useful feature!
